The minimum hourly wage as of January 1, 2026, is Afl. 11.58. This minimum hourly wage applies to all types of employment relationships (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, temporary agency contracts, on-call contracts, etc.) and to all the different functions within the labor market.
