Welcome to SUELDO

Welcome to SUELDO (DAO Calculator minimum hourly wage Aruba)

As of January 1, 2026, it has become mandatory to pay all employees aged 18 and older at least the legal minimum hourly wage, regardless of the number of hours worked.

The minimum hourly wage as of January 1, 2026, is Afl. 11.58. This minimum hourly wage applies to all types of employment relationships (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, temporary agency contracts, on-call contracts, etc.) and to all the different functions within the labor market.

This tool is intended to calculate your hourly wage based on your employment data. You can get an indication of whether your hourly wage complies with the Minimum Wage Ordinance legislation.

Wages are understood to mean the monetary payment that forms a fixed component of the salary, including base salary, commission and/or points. The following are not considered wages: overtime compensation, vacation allowance, tips and meal allowances.

Please note: For an accurate calculation by SUELDO, it is important that you enter the correct information from your payslip.

Prepare yourself!
To answer the questions properly, you will need your most recent payslip. Pay particular attention to the following two details:
· The total number of hours worked
· Your gross salary (the amount before deduction of taxes and premiums)
